Meet the Team

Lithuanian-born, Mrs Ula has devoted her life to the art of ballet. Trained in the rigorous Vaganova method at the Vilnius National School of Art, she has performed with companies and taught at studios across her career spanning more than four decades.

With nearly 30 years of teaching experience, her mission is to share more than just dance steps — but the rich history and artistry of the art form itself. She founded White Swan Academy as a place of personal attention, professional instruction, and performing opportunity — a healing, joyful community space where every dancer can grow.

Ms Lily trained at TJC Academy of Dance and the Orlando Ballet School, and completed apprenticeships at A&A Ballet in Chicago — where she deepened her study of the Vaganova technique — and at Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida. She is also trained in aerial silks, aerial strap, and flying trapeze. Above all, Ms Lily is passionate about introducing young children to the joy and discipline of ballet.

Minnesota-raised, Ms Stephanie brings more than twenty years of teaching experience across ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, and musical theatre. A five-year performer at Walt Disney World, she also holds a degree in Elementary Education and previously served as Dance Department Lead at Windermere Preparatory School. Her classes are equal parts technique, performance, and pure joy.

A Myrtle Beach native, Ms Victoria trained in all forms of dance from the age of two and went on to win the titles of Jr. Miss Dance, Teen Miss Dance, and Miss Dance of South Carolina. As a professional performer she has danced in national tours and Las Vegas productions, with featured appearances on MTV, CMT, and NBC’s Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. She brings that stage energy to every class she teaches.
