Ballet
Dancers refine the fundamentals — posture, alignment, and the core vocabulary of classical ballet — building the strength and precision that underpin every other style.

Theater Dance / Jazz
An energetic introduction to jazz and musical-theatre styling, emphasising performance, rhythm, and self-expression.

Beginner Acro
Foundational acrobatic movement — rolls, bridges, and balances — taught with a strong focus on safety and progression.
